Ideas on how to handle the transition to Online Events

With most events now being held online. 

We were wondering how other users were handling the tracking of these online events and registrations. 


We have a use case where some of our events may be both Online and In Person.

This would require some way of marking the location of an event but also identifying the registrants who attend in-person vs. online. 

We've experimented with extending the Add Event form to include an Event Format that included Online, In-Person, or Both. 


How have other users dealt with this type of tracking in BBCRM?

We are not doing in person events at the moment, only virtual.  However, you could manage marking those who attend in person vs virtual by using registration options.

Exactly what Lois said, we are using the Registration Option to identify if someone attended online or in person to an event which has both options
