Unresolved Grade Access Glitch

Is anyone else is having issues with an ongoing and unresolved glitch under academics > grades > grading setup > gradebook settings > marking period & grade access > edit marking period > grade access - student > marking period cumulative gradebook grades... I am unable to set grade access to "show only during these dates". I can enter start and end date, but when I click save, the end date is replaced with the start date. Currently, only for "marking period cumulative gradebook grades" under "grade access - student", the only options are always show or hide. I reported this to Blackbaud over a month ago and confirmed that this is a glitch, but have seen no resolution.
