Content of Old Contract and Applications No Longer Accessible

Is anyone having difficulty accessing the content of old contracts or applications? All my users are able to "edit" the old contracts, but the content never loads. As these are already in used, we expect them to be grayed out as read-only, but the content doesn't even load. The blue loading bar at the top stops about an inch in and never progresses.


Noticed earlier but thought perhaps it was my internet, but now many are noticing. I'm on chat hold with support but was curious if this was isolated to us or not.

  • I noticed it yesterday and thought it was a glitch with the internet as well. I copied and edited our contracts a week ago to prepare for the new year of contracts so I didn't investigate further. can go into them today.
  • Yes, we noticed it on Wednesday. The payment plan block for this school year disappeared and we had an issue with the loading bar as well. I had all my contracts developed for next year and this glitch has caused me to recreate them all. They have a whole new formatting under the "POLICY" block that they did not have last year. It is a nice feature. I put a ticket in and they are "working on it."
