Attendance issues with Virtual type?

We have setup a virtual attendance type for our continued remote learners in our hybrid environment:


Then if you go to


They don't show up no matter what you select. I have confirmed this with support that this is a known issue with no ETA on fix. At this time the only option is Day Attendance List. Has anyone found any other work arounds to this?

Brian - did they say what the "known issue" was? We're not experiencing this problem; the remote attendance types show up fine for us under Student Attendance. Do you have multiple divisions?

They said that the attendance markings in the type of virtual don't show on the Student Attendance. They don't show on any of our divisions.

We had to switch our Remote Type to Absence and Excused/Unexcused to Excused in order for the Remote to show in Reports and attendance list. This has worked great except teachers see the "A" for absent in their gradebooks -- for us it's small inconvenience for the faculty to be able to see Remote learners in our reports and daily list.
