Per Payment receipt process running much slower than consolidated receipt process

Hi,

We have a support case open with Blackbaud regarding this but just thought I'd check if anyone else is experiencing the same issue. The per payment receipt processes are running much slower than the consolidated receipt processes. In Nov 2020 a per payment receipt process would take ~ 1 1/2 minutes to run for a single receipt whereas you can run hundreds of consolidated receipts in the same time. Now a per payment receipt process is taking nearly 4 minutes to run.


Has anyone else noticed the extreme performance difference between consolidated and per payment receipts or noticed a significant performance slow-down in per payment receipts?
