Odd spacing issues between content rows in email builder

Hello all! Has anyone else experienced this? We are see an odd spacing show up between content rows in the NXT email builder. We've tried adjusting padding, background color, canvas, alignment of the adjacent rows ... and NOTHING impacts it. Any thoughts suggestions? We sent a test email and this DID show up in the final product. :-(




The only way to make it disappear is to turn the entire body to matching white. Any thoughts/suggestions would be MUCH appreciated!

Is there a View Email in Browser option? I've used the Inspect tool in modern browsers to analyse the Computed spacings against the HTML Box Model.

Yes, it's very frustrating. I think this problem has been around for many years. I've tried playing in the HTML to take out spaces, but I can never seem to get it to go away either.
