I'm new to Smart Aid. Where would we find Intro to Smart Aid classes?

Hi Katy,


Welcome to Smart Aid! For our financial aid management solution, we do not have specific classes you can take as you can with other Blackbaud. products. However, we have a variety of other options for you beyond the Implementation and Activation process and training provided there.

• We recently held a New User/Refresher webinar and that recording is posted here in the Community/Financial Aid Management Forum.
• We have a schedule of webinars taking place through the end of March that will provide a variety of training on different Smart Aid and financial aid topics...I willl post the schedule and registration links in the Community also.
• We have a full support structure in place for any questions you may have:
  • For phone support please dial (800) 468-8996 (Monday-Friday 8:30am - 8pm Eastern), select Option 1 for Support, and follow the prompts.
  • Visit the Knowledgebase for an extensive library of articles.
  • Hover over the Help & Info tab in the upper right corner of your account and click on Case Central to create a new Case.
  • Live chat with us using the link in the lower right corner of your Blackbaud Smart Aid account (when signed in).
