Address Finder Best Practices

Hello all, I'm still relatively new to Altru, but our organization wants to use Address Finder for updates. Is there any reason to prefer the Update NCOA option versus the Forwardable address? What are the biggest hiccups/best practices for using this solution? Any and all suggestions helpful! Thanks!
