Prospect Versus Plan Manager Versus Secondary Solicitor Versus Plan Step Owner etc.

I wonder if you all would share your best practices on who is your Prospect Manager versus your Plan Manager when you setup a Plan on the Prospect tab? I'm starting to get into the weeds on some of our plans when I've added a Prospect Manager, a Primary Plan Manager, a Secondary Plan Manager, and then a Secondary Solicitor. Not to mention that each step in the plan may have a different owner and sometimes they're outside these main categories. Do folks have a standard for who slots into which position? Just curious.
