Two way SMS communication

Currently our teachers are using WhatsApp and Remind. We are trying to use BrightChat that is a part of Bright Arrow so we can have recorded conversations and an integrated system with all rosters. Is anyone using BrightChat or another successful communication tool for teachers to SMS with parents and students either individually or as a class roster?
