Service pack 26 with hotfix Auto file downloader issue?

We are hosted by BB in the traditional data center. Tableau connectors did not work so we set up a series of exports and queues that transfers data nightly to our network.

The process is such:

Export runs

Auto file download runs on that export

FTP transfer process (puts file on our ftp site)


The issue we are seeing is that the files are coming over blank. This leads me to believe there is an issue with the Auto file downloader.

Secondly, it seems to only impact the export business process. Our post to GL process runs successfully.

Sarah Jane Keefer‍ - There is a new version of the Auto File Downloader that addresses this issue. You'll need to upgrade to version 1.8.0. I'll reach out to your CSM to see if they can get in touch with you about this.

Hi Patricia,

Does this only apply to service pack 26? Should we apply the new Auto File Downloader after installing service pack 26?

Dennis Slagle‍ - I was told that the new version only applies to SP26 Hot Fix 1 and later so you shouldn't upgrade the Auto File Downloader until you're at least on SP26 Hot Fix 1.
