  • in a text box you can insert a signature, or any image file, into the HTML source code using <img src="https://URL of file" />. The image would have to be stored in Google Drive or a location that has a URL.

HOWEVER, this is NOT possible in a mail merge template.

The signature shows up in the template but is not visible in the preview or when the letter is generated.

  • Kari,

Thanks so much! I ask every year at the conference, hoping it will happen!
  • While we wait for such a feature, we sending a personalized reminder letter to those parents have not submitted their contracts for 2021-2022. Here is our work around:
    • using BB list to get list of parents in this situation
    • including Household Salutation, Responsible Signers, signers email addresses, children's names
    • we use these to personalize each letter
    • each letter includes a clickable graphic which will take each parent to the appropriate place in BB to submit their contracts
    • As we cannot use all of these placeholders using Pushpages, we create and send the email using the add-on, autoCrat.
  • Brian,

Thank you! I will forward this to our Communications group.
  • If you or anyone in you school wish help with this, I'd be glad to provide that help.
  • Thank you! Right now we don't use Pushpage, but I will ask if we start using it.
