Marketing email to non constituent email list?
Is there a way to upload a CSV file with emails that are nonconstituent so I can send them a marketing email?

I believe the marketing tool in NXT only allows to send to a pre-defined List of constituents from within nxt. you need to have the contacts in the RE first, then create a list in order to send them the email.
