Is there a way (or can there be a way created) to post shared notes to constituent records? For example, if I want to post that two alumni have a new baby together can I post the note to both records? I think this would be helpful in several situations when a note applies to more than one record/constituent.

    I don't know of a way to do it with a Note. I think you'd have to create the Note on each record (obviously, you can copy and paste to make that easier). But maybe someone else has figured out how to do it.


    I believe that this would be possible using an Interaction. With the Interaction, you can log it on one constituent record and then list the other constituent as a Participant on the Interaction. That will display the Interaction on both records. I'm not sure if an Interaction is appropriate. That's something to think about. But it could be done that way. If you have a Staging database, you could test it there to see how it looks before you create one in your Live database.
