Web Form Field Access -- Making Our Forms Bilingual

As an institution that not only has a regional focus that extends past the US border, but exists in a border city, we've had a bilingual presence inside our building for a long time. But, with our doors being open online now our Spanish-speaking audience is growing and we've realized that our web forms were lacking.

So for accessibility and a user friendly experience, it is really important to us to make our web forms bilingual. We've been working our way through the fields as a part of this effort and we reached out to Altru as we still weren't finding where to update the "Billing Information" fields. It turns out, they're not accessible to us to edit. This means some of the most important fields, we can only have in English.

I've added an idea that I'd love your vote on, but if your institution has found a way around this through coding in the Advanced Style sheet (which I was told was possible through chat support), we'd love your help there as well.

Thank you for helping us make our museum a more accessible place!

For what it's worth, we are also invested in this in San Antonio! I voted on your piece as well, I'm not super hopeful, but let's keep hoping!
