Exporting Recurring Gift Installment Schedules

Hello, everyone!


When exporting gifts in RE, there's a really great field called "Installment Schedule." It tends to contain the info like the following: "Transactions due every month on the 7th day of the month." Unfortunately, when running our mailings, that's a bit too wordy--we were hoping to just single out the day (7th, 15th, 23rd, etc.).


I do see a "day" field in the transaction schedule (below). Is it possible to export that value, or one like it? I have yet to find it as an output when setting up an export or query.

Ken, have you tried the "Installment Frequency" field, listed directly above Installment Schedule. I've used that field in many letters in combination with Gift Installments Starting On (query) First Installment Due (export).


Not quite what your looking for but gets the frequency and day of month for first transaction.


I actually like the Export statement - not the same in query or available for Mail letters.
