Additional ratings in Insights
I am in reporting and want to utilize several different types of ratings. I can only see the ratings based on a star system - is it possible to select/customize what attributes appear in insights?

Yes, Kerry Connors, in configuration, a table for your customized ratings needs to be configured. Once configured, the customized ratings will appear as a column option in NXT. From there it is a matter of selecting which rating you want to see. Hope this helps, feel free to dm me if you need more information.0
