Hi, we are getting ready to do a few workflows. does anyone know if I can remove someone from a workflow if I update the list that I am using for that workflow? Or how can I tell where someone is on the workflow?

If you're using a dynamic set of rules for the workflow instead of a static list, then based on the rules someone can "be removed", or, more or less, they won't be pulled in to the workflow. For example, if I have a workflow that asks a solicitor once a month to write thank you notes to all new donors, I would want the rule on that to notify me of NEW donors that month. Once that action on the workflow has been completed (which is another rule that you can set - either based on a timeline or once an action is added by the solicitor, for example), that new donor won't get pulled into that list anymore.


Does that make sense?
