Titles in RE are not matching title options in OLX

Hello OLX community,


I'm planning to start a case with Blackbaud and I was curious if anyone else is having this issue first.


I had added Mx. to my title options in RE years ago. I realized that it was too far down on the list of titles to appear in OLX - OLX only shows the first 18 options. We only have 20 so it is pretty close.


Yesterday I reordered my list to move it up and did some other reorganization - moved Miss above Mr. so it was alphabetical stuff like that.


Mx. (pronounced Mix - for anyone that has yet to see this title option) is now my 5th option down and I still can't see it. I waited a day.


Do you have Mx. in your title list? Is it showing on your OLX donation form?

Hi Elizabeth - We have Mx. listed as a title option on our OLX forms. I presume you have checked the box next to Mx. in the OLX Account Settings > Integration Options. If you have, and it still has not appeared on your forms, contacting support is probably the next step.
