problems creating a batch-addin spec

Is this spec still supported? I just attempted to create on and got the error in the attached image. As far as I can determine, this is the only spec that is problematic. Despite what the second message seems to indicate, nothing is actually created. I recently installed SP25.

Hey Lester, this is simply a TLS issue. Many of Blackbaud's apps still have issues when the application servers are set to strictly use TLS1.2. All you need to do on your development machine is add a couple of registry keys to force .NET Framework applications to use more secure versions of TLS (1.2) by default: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/core/plan-design/security/enable-tls-1-2-client#bkmk_net That link contains the 4 registry changes you'll need to make.

Thanks. I briefly looked at the MS docs you referenced. I’m not at my desk now but I’ll see if I can get this working later.
