Needs Assessment/Requirements Documentation and API??

Has anyone done a needs assessment or a requirements document that they can share? I'm looking specifically for one related to events management and resource/space planning. We are looking at integrations for space/resources as we don't track room availability (it is managed by our registrar) but we are looking to integrate systems. We don't track programs in Altru but are in the process of evaluating if it's possible for use (we are also a free museum so our community/educational events are open to all). If you have any documents/templates you might have used when meeting with stakeholders/users at your org and can share them (specifically related to programs and events) that would be great.


Also if anyone has successfully managed integrations with the Blackbaud API, I'd love to hear about your project and overall success (or not) with this.
