Can't add photos to donation confirmation email/screen

I'm amazed and a little horrified that there's no easy way of adding images (or video) to the donation confirmation email and screen in Online Express. In fact, editing it at all is limited, so it's impossible to personalise. This is a very basic expectation (and has been for about 20 years now) and might be enough to put people off using OLX. It certainly makes OLX come across as outdated! For charities, this is one of the most important places to keep donors engaged, so we'd love to see this change as soon as possible.
