'Read More' in email

Does anyone know if it's possible to have a 'Read More' option that expands text in the email? We typically have a few articles in our emails but don't want the text to be too long for our subscribers.

Alternatively, can we link to a PDF instead of a web page?

Short answer - you can't have a Read More function, sorry.


Technical answer - that functionality is achieved on webpages using JavaScript, but emails can't use it.


As to page vs PDF for the link - always prefer a page, because PDFs were originally designed for printing, not web viewing:

And we're very happy with the open and click through rates.
