Is Blackbaud Changing their Payment Remittance Info?

Yesterday I received an email from TermSync on behalf of Blackbaud to notify us of a change to their payment lockbox location. But the first few sentences are very odd, and now I wonder if it's legit. Has anyone else received something like this?

For reference, here is some of what the email says:
"At Blackbaud we are exclusively committed to your impact. We believe the world will be a better place when good takes over and stand as your trusted partner to deliver the quality you expect so that you can do even more for your mission."

This doesn't even make sense. Or am I just being overly cautious?
