Online Express: Donation Forms - Errors

Hello , I have this message this morning on Online Express:


Errors have occurred on embedded donation form. Here are up to 5 if most recent errors from the past 3 days.

Hello Monika,


I had this problem before, the errors look like a time out on your website, there is nothing to fix, I would check that all your expected donations are there in Online Express though. You can go and see them in the BBMS portal. Contact Blackbaud support if you think they are missing, and they can put them back for you.

I have that exact message now on our online express donation form. How did it get remedied. Is it a BB item or our website issure?
