Tracking Principal Gift Prospects in IDN

Our principal gifts team is looking for a mechanism to enter donor plans and track the progress towards the completion of that gift within IDN. Are there any best practices or tips anyone has that might be able to assist with this?

    Hi Christopher,


    Do you use the Prospect tab in their Altru constituent record? If you add the Major Donor Prospect constituency, you will see the Prospect tab and can use that area to track the progress towards a gift. Our Blackbaud Altru: Moves Management course goes through the process.
