Ben from the LMS team here. I'm so excited to share that we have two new resources available to aid with LTI setup for two high-use tools, Edpuzzle and Google Assignments. You can access the articles here:

My ask:

• What other providers -- whether LTI or OneRoster -- would you like to see set-up instructions for? Or, if you've already set up the integration, which providers do you wish there had been instructions for?
• What sorts of resources could further help with your LTI and OneRoster integrations setup?

There has been a group of us screaming for Microsoft Teams Integration for over a year. I was hoping there would have been some progress. I see there has not been. Roster Export is a thing and it does work, but getting the two way synchronization would be ideal.

We utilized Microsoft Teams during 2020 and would like to continue along with Blackbaud. Is there a date that we can look towards for integration?

Thanks for checking in around this, all. CSV is currently the only method for Microsoft’s School Data Sync with Blackbaud, as we have not yet transitioned to the O Auth 2.0 authentication for OneRoster that an API data sync with Microsoft requires. While I can't offer a timeline at this time, my hope is that our ongoing transition to O Auth 2.0 for LTI 1.3 can be helpful in laying the groundwork for a potential authentication transition for OneRoster.

Hi Ben, we've already setup the integration for Classlink but the sync is missing the demographics.

Hi Jackie -- Blackbaud does not yet support the demographics endpoint. However, we have heard from users of its important for applications in Classlink and it is on our radar.

I add the assignment option for the McGraw Hill LTI and did check the send grades. It would launch the McGraw Hill site for the student from the assignment but then they have to go into the assignment it doesn't take them directly there. I would love to be able to pass the grade back. Any idea if this is possible?

Sheila Wyer‍ Since LTI is open to a number of providers, some of the answer may depend on McGraw Hill and the product you are using. Could you share more on the settings you are using in Blackbaud, the McGraw Hill product are using, etc.?

We are using a ton of the McGraw Hill textbooks. In this case, I am mentioning we are using a geometry curriculum called Revel Geometry. The instruction made an assignment in the Reveal product. I was able to use the assignment LTI to add it to the Blackbaud assignment. When a student clicks on it in the assignment it just sends them to the initial McGraw Hill login screen. I would love to be able to get the grades back into Blackbaud.
