Having Support Disconnections?

I have had 4 hang-ups with Blackbaud support in the last week alone when I've never experienced this issue before. Three of them were on Chat where my session stopped and another analyst took over and I had to re-explain everything, and just now I was disconnected on a live call. Is it me or is anyone else having the same issue?
