Online Express not showing in Menu

We are having issues with Online Express not showing up as an option on the menu. Our IT has uninstalled and reinstalled RE7 and OLX and still nothing for OLX in RE7. Can someone assist in getting OLX in RE7 so I can get our donations?

In Online Express they also have to select which security groups have rights to use it.

Thank you Marie. I do have supervisor rights for RE and OLX.

Dody Quigley‍ - You need to reinstall OLX into RE7 while logged in as the Supervisor user; this is different from a user with supervisor rights. If you are unsure how to do this please refer to KB Article #107448. If you continue to have issues, contact BB Support.
