Does anyone have experience with a banned constituent?

We have a pop up note that if the person arrives, contact the Director immediately!


But is there any way to block them from purchasing a Timed Ticket online?

    We have someone like this at our organization as well. As far as I know there is no way to prevent someone from buying a ticket online :\\

    if you know their email can you block it?

    Yes, you can block the email. But the person can set up a new email account and use that for online purchases. We have a pop up note set, if the person arrives at the front desk to check in.
