Privacy Collection notice and acknowledgement

How do we add extra content to the donation form so we can include a Privacy Collection Notice? Is it also possible to include a tick-box so we know the donor has acknowledged our privacy statement?

Hi Lucy - You will need to put your privacy collection notice either above or below the embedded form. In terms of the tick-box, you can add this through a gift attribute with a data type of ‘Yes/No’.
