RE7 Receipt Amt Not Showing Up in GEV Report

Hi Everyone!

About a month ago, I noticed there was a big change made to my organization's RE 7 Database view software. A lot of the presets and customizations I made were reset and I wasn't sure if there were any other spots that could have potentially been affected. Fast forward to today, I'm noticing that when pull a Gift Entry Validation report, the spot that shows the Receipted Amount just shows $0.00. I go back to check the gift record, and it does list the correct receipt amount, but for whatever reason it's not being pulled in the report. I haven't changed any of my steps, and I'm always careful at making sure a gift is receipted after it's printed.

I'm sure there's probably a box that needs to be checked somewhere. I have no clue what's causing it to not reflect the Receipted Amount.

I just went and tried to re-create this issue, and my report had not problems, pulling the receipt amount just fine. Unless someone comes up with a great solution for you today, I'd contact RE support.
