Refund on top of a refund?

How do you cancel and refund the remaining balance of a sales order when a partial refund has already been given?

Unfortunately, you cannot refund a ticket item that already has a partial refund through Altru's refund page (you could refund other tickets on the same order if they haven't been refunded yet). You will have to go through your company's accounting department and follow their policies and procedures.
