Introducing Blackbaud to parents and staff

Does anyone have materials they can share that were used to introduce teachers and parents to the Blackbaud system? Also in addition to Blackbaud's University or their short teacher training videos, are there any resources (booklets, slide decks, etc.) for faculty to learn the capabilities on their own. Thank you for your efforts.

    Thank you for the response, I have reviewed that resource already and had found a few pieces to add to training lists.

    What I am specifically looking for are emails/letters or short publications- essentially a template that we can use as a base- which schools have used to jump start the new culture necessary to make the system a success with staff and parents.
