Got a note that now Pay Pal option is available for OLX donation forms. Can someone help with the setup?

Hi @Natalie Sambamurty - Have you read through the Setup Guide? A link to it was included in the announcement, at the bottom of the email. Can you elaborate on where in the process you need help?

Yes I tried to follow the instructions: Log in to the BBMS web portal.

• Navigate to Account Management > General Settings.
• On the PayPal Commerce Platform tile, select "Get started" (I don't see this option anywhere)
• Log in to your PayPal Business account.

The PayPal Commerce Platform tile in our BBMS account under General Settings is at the bottom of the page. I would say, that if you have scrolled down and still do not see anything, contacting support would be the next step.

Hi, Natalie - Did you get the email from Blackbaud saying that your organization was in the first limited release wave? We included about 400 organizations in this wave – other orgs won't see the PayPal Commerce Platform yet. If you got the email and aren't seeing it, Customer Support can troubleshoot.

I did not get a formal email, but when I logged into Online Express, a message popped up that Pay Pal option is now available. This is what we have been waiting for…thanks!

Natalie, we also got a pop-up when we logged into OLX. It said that “Paypal has been added for some users.” And it mentioned that if you were one of the users enabled, you would also receive an email notification.
