Pop-up for Recurring Donations

We are building out our monthly giving program. I’ve read online that there are tools/widgets you can embed on your donation page that will pop-up with a message to donors making a one-time gift and ask them to make their gift at a lower monthly amount. For example, a donor goes to make a gift of $100 and clicks the donate button. Before the donation is completed, a pop-up with a compelling statement to become a monthly donor appears asking if they’d like to give monthly at $33 a month instead. The donor then has the choice to say yes or no.

We use Online Express for our donation form. Our current website platform is Wix, but we are converting to WordPress in the next couple of months. Has anyone else used these recurring donation pop-ups? And if so, which tool/widget are you using? Thanks!
