CBE Bulk Upload

Curious - we're preparing to upload CBE skills, etc. and it seems the spreadsheets don't necessarily match what I find if I create a skill or category individually. For example, if I go to create a category in a content area skill, I choose a department to associate with. Haven't found a department header in any of the spreadsheet options for data upload. Has anyone done bulk uploads for their CBE or has it all been manually entered?

I have only done manual entry on skills/sub-skills, although I wish I'd had the forethought to import them! I'd like to hijack your comment with an additional question - do you see any way to get your list of skills OUT? I feel like if there's an import function there should be an export function, but I can't find it.
