I'm wondering how you track school forms that parents send you as PDFs instead of endorsing electronically.

I have unpublished English, Math, Principal/School Counselor and misc rec forms on the checklist that I use for Enrollment Management (SSAT) forms that we get or any pdf's submitted outside the electronic submissions. It makes the checklist a little longer for our view, but is easier for me to process the forms. I mark the published step completed in those instances.
