Has anyone successfully linked Webex's Classroom Collaboration with Blackbaud?

I set it up as an LTI Tool and it launches from a Topic but is not fully functioning.

When I try to access the Classroom Collaboration features, I get the following error message: We've encountered a problem, but we've logged it. Please try your request again later.

    So apparently it relies on LTI plus APIs in order to work properly. Blackbaud APIs integration have not been developed yet to work with Webex Classroom Collaboration.

    We were hoping to be able to have classroom recordings automatically shared with the class without having the teacher have to download and upload recordings. Also to create chat rooms for classroom discussions.

    The Webex Classroom Collaboration looks like a real useful tool for the teachers.
