Google Assignment in BB and document viewer plug-in

We've integrated Google Assignment and Blackbaud. One of the things that we noticed is that when a student submits her assignment, regardless of the file type (PDF, doc, docx, Google doc), the document viewer plug-in is wonky. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I know the workaround is to download the document, but has anyone found a way to view it via the Viewer? Is there an update that we might have missed? Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Yoon - to clarify, are you talking about the Google Assignments LTI integration? Or the Google Drive integration where students can submit a file from Google for an assignment?
