Individual Assignments for Students?

I saw the release notes yesterday said that today we were going to see the Individual Assignments for Students show up. However, I don't see it where the release notes said it will be. Was there a delay in releasing that feature? Or is it somewhere else where I am not easily seeing it?

No, this part "Under Publishing options, they will need to select the Edit icon next to Full Section then select Selected students" is missing.
