Online Express Donation Forms

Hello, fellow users! We're going to be switching from NXT to OLX to create our main donation form since we have international donors. I would love to see other org's live OLX forms, if you don't mind sharing. I'm particularly interested to see how others have their international dropdowns configured.

You're welcome to look at ours here … but I don't think there is anything fancy about our “Country” dropdown box…

Our form is here - we are in the UK, so UK and Ireland go at the top. Then we next get the most donations from the USA and then Israel, so those are the next countries and then the rest are in alphabetical order.

We do find that it's hit and miss as to the level of success supporters based in Israel have with the form, but I think that's down to the card security stuff and having a hard time making sure the address matches the one the card is registered to.

Edited to add: I do vaguely recall going through all of the countries in the Admin International tab, making sure all the ISO stuff was set up right and also fixing all of the donations in the database from supporters outside the UK - but no idea if it was related to this.

Hi, Austen, this looks great! Did you make this form in OLX or NXT? We are newer to NXT and were actually thinking of switching our general donation form to NXT, but I was unaware that only US users are able to donate through NXT. Is this true? Thank you all for your help!

Hi @Ellen Bartlett - Our form was created via OLX. There are few form elements that are important to my organization that do not currently exist within NXT forms, which are preventing us from moving our forms off of OLX. I have included what we are waiting on below, in case you are interested:

• “Donor Cover” Option
• Processing Donations from International Donors
