Altru Down From Full Transaction Log

Hi all,

Has anyone ever seen the attached error code when logging into Altru? We found a quick by refreshing the Chrome browsers and the system came back up, but this would be terrible during our busy season. I reference KB Article:

This hasn't helped yet. Any ideas?

It also happened at the National Constitution Center. We were down for about 15 minutes. I called support and was told that this is an issue that was seen recently in the last several weeks but was thought resolved.

I would create a support case for it and let them know exactly when it happened, what you were doing at the time, and any screenshots you might have taken. That way they know it wasn't just an isolated incident for one specific Altru.
