Unable to delete grades when submitted with rubric

We are unable to change a grade once it has been submitted when there is a rubric attached (and sometimes even when there is not). When we click on the pencil, there are options, and usually have to give the student a 0 even if they are not there, we'd like to be able to erase the grade given, but can't.

Thanks for sharing, Sarah. This is on our radar to address -- thanks for your patience. In the meantime, an alternative pathway some have used is to directly unclick the rubric boxes, thus deselecting them.
