Enrollment Management Dashboard

Currently, our Admissions Director logs in EM and goes to Admissions > Analyze and has great information right at his fingertips. (Overview/Candidates) I understand that on 10/5 this view is going away and we now have to create this on our own in Insights and bring into a Dashboard. I called support and they advised they can't give help in actually creating an insignt. I was directed here. Has anyone created an insight that would have in one place all the info we previously had? I saw a there are BB insights but they are all different. They don't really have everything in one. If you have created an insight with all this info would you be willing to share it? Thank you!

This is going to me me learn insights again. I thought the one we see now will stay, just in Analysis?

Today Support advised that what we now see while in EM and under Analysis is going away. ?

Hi Anna,

I'm having the same issue. I'm working to complete all the surveys (INDEX, DASL, and others) while at the same time trying to get dashboards and insights working so we don't lose the format & layout of all the good information we had in Analyze.

I tried to buy support/consulting hours from BB to help with building custom dashboards and insights but apparently, that isn't available. I'm feeling very frustrated and I have a Board meeting on 10/18/21 and I'm expected to show off the new dashboards in BB and it appears we are basically on our own to figure it out.

I'm taking this class - K-12 Core: Reporting on 9/21 from 3-4:30 EDT. I hope that's enough to get me going!

Thanks Kathy! I will. I'll sign up for that course as well. I did just register for the Insight Designer course they have. I'm doing the 9/28 class. It really is so frustrating. ?

I was thinking I may sign up for that one as well - but that's getting pretty darn close to when I have to produce something for my HOS and the Board - if I don't know what I'm doing by then I've got bigger problems ?

I'm confused. I thought the prebuilt dashboards we know and love were just moving over to where the Insights live. Are they actually disappearing? Right now I can see them in the new location, along with the ones I have built myself. We definitely need those awesome dashboards! Thanks for looking into this, Sarah!

@Anna Broomell and others who are following along. October 5th you will no longer be able to access analyze in the same way (there are instructions for how the new access will work if you go to analyze now). However, I have confirmed that ALL of the analyze dashboards that you are accustomed to seeing in EMS have been moved over and you will be able to use them in the same way.

Thanks Sarah! I did reach out to our account rep who put me in touch with a developer. They confirmed that the dashboard will be there! Support gave me wrong info. I am glad it has been sorted out!

Hi Sarah, is there any update on the status of the reports that were so readily available in the previous Analyze function?

Donna Orr‍ all of the analyze reports that you had access to in EMS, should be available now within your prebuilt dashboards. Support can walk you through accessing them if you're unable to find them.
