Hi @Christopher Chrzanowski - Where is ‘primary school attendance’ tracked within your database?

As for being able to see who is deceased, that is not currently an available column within Constituent Lists, but you can filter on the “Deceased” field. Check out the NXT Idea Bank and make sure this idea is represented.

  • Hi Austen,

Thank you for your response. In database view, we use the "Date Left" field and the "Status" field in the Primary Education/School section, with "Status" reflecting if an Alumni either graduated or withdrew. Are these options visible in NXT?

It is not currently possible to filter on any relationships within a Constituent List. The only way you could get around this would be to create a custom field/attribute on the constituent record that lists this information. I would also recommend you look in the NXT Idea Bank to make sure relationship filtering is included as well.

  • There is a field to show if somebody is deceased in a constituent query. In Output drop down the Constituent Information tab and select “deceased”. This will populate a “yes” or “no” field to show is the person is deceased.

You can also choose this as a criteria and export the deceased field in output through an export.

This is in the Database View.
