Problems with Rubrics

Anyone experiencing problems with rubrics? We have had multiple instances reported where skill grades are entered and committed but later disappear. This appears to be happening to comments as well. I have observed this happening and even was able to replicate it in a test class shown in the screenshot below. I evaluated Pete's assignment with scores of 91 and 82 (173 total). I graded the Student Test rubric then came back to Pete's. You can see the score of 173 still shows in the upper left, but the 82 under Proficient is gone, and the grade in the bottom shows as 91. Once I was able to see this and share with faculty, I received numerous comments that this was the same behavior seen by others. I certainly hope this can be fixed--confidence is at a low point with many having to go back and re-enter grades, comments, etc.

Hello Paul, we have similar rubric grading situation as well brought to my attention by a couple of teachers. I will contact BB, but wondered if you were successful in discovering a resolution?

When I initially reported the issue, Blackbaud Support was able to see and replicate it and started working on the resolution. Per Blackbaud, the fix was implemented into today's release. I have asked my faculty to notify me if they find this or other problems that not yet resolved (points changing with Discussions was another recent issue here as was assignments submitted on time being marked as late).
