Additional Fees for PayPal?

Hi all! Our organization is looking at implementing the new PayPal option into our online giving forms. I saw that there are processing fees of 2.8% plus $0.26 on the BBMS side. Does anyone know if there are additional processing fees on the PayPal for Business side?

Hi @Aubrey Rigby - The PayPal transaction fee is 2.80% + $0.26 for any transactions processed via Blackbaud Checkout.

@Austen Brown So if we direct people to our PayPal Giving Fund Page instead, we could avoid the fees, correct?

@Carolyn Wisniewski - Yes, PPGF does not have fees. However, there is another option you should consider - utilizing SmartTHING’s Donor Cover free add-on to OLX forms. Check out this thread for additional information on the donor cover option.
