I took a class in May 2020 that I thought was helpful, but now I can't find it on Training Central or even on my transcript. I guess they discontinued it? It was called “Blackbaud Altru: Identifying Your Next Major Donor.” Here's the handout from the class, in case there's anything there that can help you:

@Beth Gallagher, for Raiser's Edge NXT, you may want to check out the Prospect Management course. I haven't taken that one, but the Altru class on the prospect/plans tools was very helpful. It is probably my team's favorite Blackbaud U class.

And @Gail Vincent, I hear you. I think the Altru class is now called Moves Management. It's been a minute since I took the class, but I agree that the old class was really great.
