Cannot access "Case Central": error "This page requires additional permissions."

I want to report a problem with Blackbaud K-12 Education.

I went to the Support page, then at bottom clicked Case Central. It asked me to log in; I logged in with my school Google address. The next page,

Shows a zebra in a referee outfit blowing a whistle and the words:
"This page requires additional permissions."

How do I report a bug?

I would recommend reporting hte probelm the appropriate point person within your school community, as different users have different permissions regarding directly submitting a bug. I did see your post on having some trouble with adding an image to a Topic. I would recommend trying again and checking to see if there is a loading bar at the top of your browser -- depending on loading speeds, it can take varied amounts of time for images to be uploaded.

    I am a platform manager and I also get this error message ("this page requires additional permissions") whenever I try to access “Case Central” or “Community” - any idea?

  • Hi Andrew – it's hard to say precisely what might be going on here. I would recommend checking within your school community to clarify the degrees of access given for different user.
